Ok so I’ve given this 5 stars because the necklace really is gorgeous, and incredibly expensive looking - I also don’t think they’ve skimped on the gold! It is quite rigid so you have to be careful due to the way it moves - it can get bent out of shape. The one thing I would say to the seller is that the packaging really wasn’t great for a £4-5k necklace. They should look at the 4K van cleef packaging as an example. The delivery materials were awful which I don’t mind as it’s probably safer in transit, but the actual necklace case looked so cheap and really took away from the quality of the piece. I ordered a beautiful alternative from Etsy (hard case velvet) which does the necklace justice. Another great thing about this seller is all the VAT and import taxes / fees have been taken care of - a big benefit.
