Shipping Policy

  • All tariffs will be paid by us i.e. every shipment is sent in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) mode, in addition to free shipping for all orders. All orders include tracking and insurance.
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. (Shipping inside the USA is completed by USPS). If preferred, we can accommodate other courier services depending on their availability at our location.
  • Standard order processing time is 3–5 business days. Customised orders may take up to 2 weeks maximum, depending on communications with and approval by the client. However, we strive for the fastest possible processing time.
  • Transit time is typically 4–5 business days. Please expect an overall shipping-to-delivery time of 7-10 business days maximum.
  •  All parcels are insured to the full invoice value, and tracking details are shared with you promptly upon dispatch.
  • We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses. A complete mailing address along with a valid contact number is required.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Any specific shipping instructions must be communicated in advance.

International Shipping & Return Policy

  • We offer shipping services to customers globally with a range of reliable international shipping options such as FedEx, UPS and a few others. Shipping methods include standard, expedited, and express services. The estimated delivery time-frames vary based on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and other external factors.
  • Estimated delivery time 10-12 days.
  • Shipping is free for all the orders. All parcels are sent insured to prevent any loss or damage in transit.
  • We take utmost care in packaging each piece of jewelry to ensure its safe delivery. Our secure packaging is designed to prevent damage during transit and ensure that your jewellery arrives in its original condition.
  • If you need to return an order for any reason, then we have a 5 days No Questions asked return policy in place.
  • All refunds are processed within a period of 3 business days after successful inspection of the product.
  • We do not offer return-refund for Made-to-Order/Customised jewelry items.
