2. How do I place an order?
- Browse our collections and select your desired pieces.
- Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- You can either create an account or check out as a guest
- After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email
- OR, to truly create something personal, contact us to create your bespoke piece.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
4. Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide international shipping on all orders.
8. Are your diamonds and gold certified?
Yes, certification is available for free upon request. We are a proud HRD, Antwerp partner and offer HRD or SGL certification for our products. Please mention it on the product page if you would like one.
9. Can I request a customised design?
Yes, absolutely! Customisation is at the heart of what we do at Spectrum Jewels.
Whether you are looking to:

10. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 5 day return policy, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, and with all original documents and certifications.
- Customised items are returnable, with the same conditions applicable. However, items with engravings are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- To initiate a return or for more details, please contact us directly.
11. How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Store pieces in separate pouches or boxes to avoid scratches
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions and excessive moisture.
- Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For diamond jewellery, you may use a mild soap solution and a soft brush.
- We recommend occasional professional cleaning to maintain brilliance.
12. Is my order gift-ready?
Yes! Every order is beautifully packaged in our premium gift boxes, making it perfect for gifting. If you would like to add a personalised gift note, please mention it at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
